Our Cakes

After years of baking our range of spelt breads our customers commented that it would be nice to be able to treat themselves to something sweet that would suit their intolerance to wheat, so we developed our spelt range of cakes and scones. Including Queen Cakes, Shortbread Biscuit Cakes, Madeira Cakes, Apple Tarts and Scones (which are yeast free also), we also make Spelt Birthday Cakes by special order.
